About the Inside Sales Team


We firmly believe that sales and recruiting are one and the same. Selling involves influencing someone to act on a product, service or opportunity. The GetScale Inside Sales Team focuses on the fundamentals of sales, rather than a script; our sales team is able to take a fundamental approach to navigate through any part of the (customer or worker) conversion process and consistently deliver outstanding results.


About the Sales Administrator role



  • Enable and support the sales floor via support ticket resolution.

  • Work closely with our sales, operations, and tech team to help drive growth by helping our salespeople navigate through a high-volume, fast-paced sale.

  • Creatively think through and resolve complex problems related to the sales funnel by using a variety of data management, compliance, and communications systems.

  • Help identify, assess, and revise current workflows to help better scale our business.

  • Develop processes and documentation in the form of SOPs, training materials, and demonstrations

  • Develop your career within an innovative and evolving company while working with some of the largest startups in the world.


About you



  • Bilingual - Fluent in both Spanish and English. Able to read, write and speak at a business level for both languages.  

  • Desire to help others and the demonstrated ability to support and assist team members with day-to-day issues

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to relay information quickly and effectively to team members

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate flexibly in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment

  • Experience with customer service or internal ticketing systems (preferred)

  • Ability to consistently work a 40-hour workweek (M-F, 9a-6p, 1-hour lunch included)

  • Recent college graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
