Job Description: Bilingual Sales Advocate 

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Cricket Wireless. The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base. If you have a proven track record in sales with exceptional selling skills to meet and exceed targets, we want to hear from you.

Skills:

- Fluency in English and Spanish REQUIRED 

- Proven track record in sales with exceptional selling skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work with an open availability

- Comfortable with a compensation structure including hourly pay plus commission

- Familiarity with Cricket Wireless products and services is a plus

- Previous experience in a retail or sales role is preferred

- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
