Job Title: Bilingual Sales Advocate

Our company is seeking a highly motivated and positive Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and excellent customer service skills. As a Bilingual Sales Advocate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers in Cape Coral. 

Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell company products and services to customers

- Provide excellent customer service to all customers

- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets

- Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the company

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Sales experience preferred

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to work at all locations in Cape Coral

- Must be motivated and goal-oriented

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $12.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days

• Hourly- Non-Exempt
