Job Title: Bilingual Sales Advocate

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Advocate with retail experience and excellent selling skills to join our team. As a Sales Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet and exceed our company's goals. 

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service and build relationships

- Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with customers who speak different languages

- Demonstrate strong selling skills to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to provide a positive shopping experience for customers

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers with their purchases

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish 

- Previous retail experience

- Proven track record of successful sales experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be able to work weekends and holidays

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
