Job Title: Bilingual Sales Advocate

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent selling skills, customer service experience, and fluency in both English and Spanish. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay plus a commission structure. An open work schedule is required to accommodate our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend products or services that meet those needs

- Meet or exceed sales goals by utilizing effective selling techniques and strategies

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Skills:

- Fluency in English and Spanish

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work flexible hours to meet customer needs

- Proficient in using sales software and tools

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $12.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
