Job Description:

BlueFigUSA, Florida's largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Sales Advocate fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will possess excellent selling and customer service skills, with a passion for helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Demonstrate and promote Cricket Wireless products and services.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services.

- Assist with inventory management and store organization.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.

- Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Open availability to work weekends and holidays.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Compensation:

- Weekly pay with an hourly rate plus commission.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
