Job Description: Bilingual Sales Advocate 

We are seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate fluent in English and Spanish to join our team at Blue Fig USA, Florida's largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless. The ideal candidate should possess excellent selling skills and provide top-notch customer service. This position requires open availability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to promote and sell Cricket Wireless products and services

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

Requirements:

- Fluency in both English and Spanish REQUIRED 

- Proven track record in sales with excellent selling skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
