Job Title: Bilingual Sales Advocate

Our company is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Advocate with retail experience and excellent selling skills to join our team. As a Sales Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet and exceed our company's goals. BlueFigUSA is Florida's largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service and build relationships

- Utilize your bilingual skills to communicate effectively with customers who speak different languages

- Demonstrate strong selling skills to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to provide a positive shopping experience

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives and enhance customer satisfaction

Skills:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language

- Proven retail sales experience

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving abilities

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range: $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefitsare  eligible after 60 days
