Bilingual Sales Agent/Manager

Sales Agent:

• Increase sales for agency of non-standard automobile insurance

• Engage customers with superior service and attentiveness

• Partake in daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining customer relationships

• Ensures cleanliness of agency location and exhibits company standards

Sales Manager:

• Prepare and make daily or nightly deposits 

• Coordinate Sales Agent activities as needed

• Monitor daily marketing activities by establishing and maintaining business relationships

• Adheres to company culture and ethical standards

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of one year sales or customer service experience

• Applicants must be ready and able to pass licensing through The State of Texas or have current license 

  (required for continued employment)

• Must be bilingual in English & Spanish, required.
