Job Summary:
North Point CDJR in Winston-Salem, NC, is hiring a driven Sales Consultant to build lasting customer relationships and drive sales. In this full-time, commission-based role, you’ll showcase our diverse lineup and deliver top-notch buying experiences.

Compensation & Benefits:
Earn up to $100,000+ per year with a high-performance commission structure that rewards success! We also offer health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and even free college tuition through Strayer University.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong customer relationships for a WORLD CLASS buying experience


• Drive sales of new and pre-owned vehicles, meeting and exceeding targets


• Stay on top of product knowledge and industry trends in order to meet CDJR Certification Standards


• Guide customers through vehicle presentations and test drives


• Present financing and trade-in options clearly to customers


• Follow up with customers, fostering long-term connections


• Collaborate with the team and engage with clients using our CRM tools

What You’ll Bring:

• Professional appearance and attitude


• Proven sales experience, ideally in automotive


• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills


• Valid driver’s license with a clean record


• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
