What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Build strong relationships with customers from all backgrounds

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate confidently in English (required) and Spanish (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Guide customers through the vehicle selection, test drive, and purchase process

  
  


• 
  

  Provide a high-quality, personalized customer experience

  
  


• 
  

  Help customers understand vehicle features, financing options, and warranties

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately record customer interactions in our CRM system

  
  


• 
  

  Deliver vehicles and follow up to ensure satisfaction and build referrals

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in dealership events, outreach, and business development

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Must be fluent in English

  
  


• 
  

  Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people

  Self-driven and eager to meet and exceed sales goals
