Bulls Eye Recruiting is representing a financial services firm

focused on providing property tax loan solutions to homeowners and businesses across Texas.

They help clients stay in their homes and protect their assets by offering financing options for

property taxes when they are unable to pay upfront.

Historically, they have partnered with external originators, and we are now building an internal

sales function to drive growth and create a more scalable, repeatable process.

They are seeking our first internal Sales Representative to help build and scale our in-house

sales effort. This is a unique opportunity to join early and play a key role in shaping how we

generate, convert, and retain customers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment, is comfortable

operating with ambiguity, and is excited to help build a sales process from the ground up.  This 

person must have a NMLS

What You’ll Do

? Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities for property tax loans

? Educate customers on financing options and guide them through the loan process

? Build trust with clients in time-sensitive and often high-stress financial situations

? Partner with leadership to establish a repeatable and scalable sales process

? Track activity and performance metrics to continuously improve conversion rates

? Assist in building future sales infrastructure, including tools and playbooks
