We’re looking for enthusiastic and talented Sales Leader to join our dynamic team!

About the Role

Are you a confident, bilingual sales professional with a passion for leading teams and exceeding goals? We’re looking for a Sales Team Leader with proven experience in call center environments and a track record of high conversion rates to motivate, support, and drive our dynamic sales team to success.

As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in capturing and converting leads, mentoring team members, and delivering outstanding customer experiences, particularly within the immigration services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of sales representatives and our Sales Coordinator in managing and converting leads.
• Monitor performance metrics and coach team members to exceed conversion goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and guiding clients with accuracy and empathy.
• Develop meaningful relationships with prospective and current clients to build trust and encourage long-term engagement.
• Gain a deep understanding of our immigration services to confidently present offerings and solutions.
• Foster a positive, high-energy team culture that prioritizes communication, accountability, and results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience supervising or leading sales teams, ideally in a high-volume call center or service-based sales environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish – a must.
• Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Self-starter with the ability to lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven setting.
