Bilingual Shipping/Receiving Specialist - Collaborative Environment

Schedule:

1st shift:

• M-F 8:0AM-5:00 PM

2nd shift :

• MON 4:30PM--CLOSE
• TUES 3:30PM--CLOSE
• WED 2:00 PM--CLOSE
• THURS 3:30PM--CLOSE
• FRI 4:30PM--CLOSE

Description:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of contents and checking for any damages
• Unload and sort incoming packages, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored in the appropriate location
• Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting the appropriate packaging materials and labeling them correctly
• Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory levels, update records, and generate shipping documents
• Operate forklift or other equipment to load and unload shipments as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

• Must have customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Administrative/Clerical experience.
• Must be able to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
