We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual (English/Spanish) Social Media Manager & Content Creator with a passion for immigration rights, social impact, and storytelling to join our team in Arizona. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with strong content creation skills, who is eager to help build community engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute engaging content across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.)


• Collaborate with the team to plan and implement campaigns that align with our mission around immigration justice and social equity
  


• Engage with online communities to grow and maintain brand presence and support grassroots impact


• Analyze KPIs and social insights to optimize strategy and performance


• Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and culturally relevant content strategies

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both)


• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident


• Proven experience in social media management and content creation (portfolio or samples required)
  


• Passionate about immigration rights, equity, and social justice
  


• Strong storytelling, writing, video, and photography skills


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20.00 hourly


• Quarterly KPI-based bonus/incentive structure
