Bilingual Spanish Care Coordinator

AmanaCare looking for a bilingual Spanish- and English-speaking caregiver and interpreter to join our team. We are a faith-based home care company that serves the aged and disabled in the Tri-Cities area. As our Team Lead, you would be responsible for assisting new families in joining our services and assisting Spanish speaking caregivers. 

Responsibilities include:

• Caregiving to our Spanish-speaking families.


• Visiting with new families at their home to help them understand the process for receiving AmanaCare's in-home services and assisting families in filling out paperwork and understanding AmanaCare's policies.


• Assisting new caregivers in the onboarding process with paperwork and some in-field training and shadowing.


• Speaking with case managers or service coordinators over the phone to help onboard new families to AmanaCare's services.
  


• Collaborating with AmanaCare’s schedulers to ensure caregivers and clients have the schedules that match what they need.


• Approximately 20 hours of caregiving and 20 hours of office-related and field work.
