Bilingual Spanish CNA / HHA 24/7 Case (Bartow, FL)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands -on patient care in a home setting
  
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  
• Support patient safety and comfort at all times
  
• Monitor and report any changes in the patient’s condition
  
• Follow the established care plan and complete required documentation
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support
  

Schedule:

• 24/7 case coverage
  
• Multiple shifts available (days, nights, weekends)
  

Qualifications:

• Active CNA license or HHA certification in the state of Florida
  
• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  
• Previous home health or caregiving experience preferred
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts for a 24/7 case
  
• Reliable transportation
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
