Bilingual Spanish - Human Resources Supervisor responsibilities:

• Full oversight of the HR department including process improvements as well as setting goals and objectives.
• Manage all recruitment needs for the company (office and plant).
• Oversee hiring process and onboarding of new employees.
• Conducts performance reviews and employee relations.
• Responsible for training and development as well as succession planning.
• Performs and updates all safety training throughout the organization.
• Develops, recommends, and implements policies and procedures and maintains employee handbook and other policy documents.
• Provide support and direction to company leadership on HR procedures and policies
• Develops department goals, objectives, and systems.

Bilingual Spanish - Human Resources Supervisor requirements:

• 5 years of leadership experience within Human Resources
• Manufacturing experience is required
• Bilingual Spanish is required 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement experience.
