Sonrisas Therapies delivers high-quality, in-home pediatric speech therapy across Austin. We’re hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who are passionate about helping children thrive.

What You’ll Do:

• Treat kids with communication and swallowing disorders at home


• Design individualized therapy plans to meet developmental goals


• Coach families on strategies to support progress


• Work closely with PTs, OTs, and other SLPs for coordinated care


• Document evaluations and progress clearly in our easy EMR system

What You’ll Need:

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology (accredited program)


• Texas SLP license or eligibility


• ASHA CCC or CFY candidates welcome


• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license


• Passion for helping kids and families thrive
