• Work Format: Work from home in Bulgaria or hybrid in the Sofia office, the choice is yours!
• Main Tasks: Handle customer inquiries about sports products via chat and phone.
• Languages Required: Portuguese (B2) and English (B2).
• Location Requirement: Already live in Bulgaria and have either EU nationality or a Bulgarian residence card.
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am 8:00 pm (40 hours/week; 5 days/week with two days off: Sunday + 1 rotational).
