Job Title: Bilingual Store Manager

Blue Fig USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Store Manager to join our team. As the largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless in Florida, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional sales and customer service skills, fluency in both English and Spanish, and the ability to coach and train staff to achieve positive sales results.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff scheduling

- Coach and train staff to achieve positive sales results and provide exceptional customer service

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

- Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Exceptional sales and customer service skills

- Ability to coach and train staff to achieve positive sales results

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
