Job Title: Bilingual Sales Manager

Blue Fig USA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Manager to join our team. As the largest authorized retailer of Cricket wireless in Florida, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and sales experience to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

- Train and develop sales associates to improve their sales skills and product knowledge

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the wireless industry

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish REQUIRED 

- Exceptional customer service and sales experience

- Open work availability, including weekends and holidays

- Training experience

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Retail sales management or customer service management experience.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $15.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
