Must Have Foreman or Superintendent Experience in Construction

Location: Main office in Anaheim., CA. Must be willing to travel or relocate

JOB SUMMARY:
Represent the company in a professional manner with customers, coworkers, employees, and any person directly or indirectly associated with the company. Responsible for managing the entire administrative and field construction process of a project from initial planning through final acceptance by client to assure the project comes in safely, on schedule and on budget.

• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, Internet, etc.)
• Be able to read and understand specifications and drawings
• Valid Driver’s License; must pass company vehicle insurance approved driver check
• Available for overtime hours and out-of-state travel
• Ability to professionally communicate with customers, vendors, management staff and employees
• Able to communicate fluently in Spanish or English

This position will require heavy out of state and in state travel to job sites as needed by company. Travel expenses are paid, including hotel. Benefit Package Included.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
