Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Superintendent to oversee luxury residential home builds from start to finish. The Bilingual Superintendent will manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate materials, enforce quality and safety, and keep projects on schedule and budget while leveraging Spanish–English fluency. As a Bilingual Superintendent, you will serve as the on-site leader partnering with clients, vendors, and trade partners to deliver high-end results.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of residential construction (concrete, carpentry/framing, electrical, drywall).
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Coordinate and place orders for materials and supplies.
• Manage and lead a team of 3–7 workers; oversee subcontractors for quality and safety.
• Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and teams in English and Spanish.
• Maintain daily logs and progress reports.

Required Experience & Skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in residential construction, especially luxury homes.
• Ability to read/understand construction plans and specs.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR; no felony convictions.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
