Bilingual Support Technician- French Speaking

We’re looking for a Bilingual Support Technician (French)  to strengthen our Support team in Duluth, GA. In this role, you’ll be part of a global support organization, delivering technical support to customers across the US and Canadian markets, while collaborating closely with colleagues both locally and worldwide.

 What you’ll do

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and portal


• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues


• Manage support tickets in line with SLAs


• Work closely with teams such as Onboarding, Technical Success, and Sales

What you bring

• Experience in technical or customer support


• Fluent French; technical and business level


• Strong troubleshooting skills


• Knowledge of Windows environments, SQL Server and/or Oracle


• A customer-first, solution-oriented mindset

 Work Environment

This position is performed in a traditional office environment at our office in Duluth, GA, and reports to the Support Manager, US.
