Job Description:

 Blue Fig USA, Florida's largest authorized retailer of Cricket Wireless, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent selling and customer service skills, with a strong ability to coach and develop team members for success. This position offers a competitive hourly wage plus commission, with opportunities for daily and monthly sales bonuses.   

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. - Coach team members on effective selling techniques and customer engagement strategies. - 

Ensure open availability for work, including weekends and holidays. - 

Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and implement strategies for improvement. - 

Foster a positive and productive work environment.   

Skills and Qualifications: - Bilingual proficiency (English and another language) is required. - 

Proven experience in sales and customer service. - 

Strong leadership and coaching abilities. -

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - 

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. -

Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
