Location: McKenney, VA
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday OR Wednesday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Bilingual Team Lead to join our manufacturing team in McKenney, VA. This position is a good fit for someone with production or manufacturing experience who is comfortable working with equipment, troubleshooting basic mechanical issues, and helping a team stay on track.

The Team Lead will work closely with employees on the production floor, help keep daily operations running smoothly, and provide direction and support to the team. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are important for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support employees on the production floor.
• Help keep production running safely and efficiently.
• Operate and monitor production equipment as needed.
• Assist with paper cutting and other manufacturing production processes.
• Help troubleshoot basic mechanical or equipment issues.
• Train and assist employees with production procedures and equipment.
• Monitor work quality and production expectations.
• Communicate daily instructions and updates to team members.
• Help motivate employees and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Assist with other production duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar industrial environment.
• Experience operating a paper cutter or working on a production line is preferred.
• Mechanical experience or hands-on experience working with machinery.
• Ability to learn and understand production processes and equipment.
• Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to work well with others and provide direction when needed.
• Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working in a hands-on production environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a consistent pace in a manufacturing setting.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with one of the following schedules:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Wednesday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
