Job Title: Bilingual Wireless Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Wireless Team Lead to oversee our wireless operations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of wireless technology, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and another language. This role is essential in ensuring the team meets performance goals while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of wireless professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular feedback to team members.

- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge in wireless technology.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer issues, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.

- Collaborate with other departments to align team objectives with overall company goals.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish 

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the wireless or telecommunications industry.

- Strong understanding of wireless technologies and services.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

- Proficient in using technology and software relevant to wireless operations.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
