About the Organization and Position

A wonderful, well-established non-profit in Santa Clara County is searching for a Bilingual in Spanish Therapist / Clinician for their Children's Program to provide services for the child and families. In this program, you will carry a caseload of 17-20 providing therapeutic services. We are searching for compassionate Therapists for this program that have a passion for working with children and adolescents.

Caseloads of 17-20

Responsibilities

• Provide individual treatment and family treatment
• Meet with youth and families in the schools, community, or family home
• Engage clients and family in counseling sessions to prevent, reduce and treat behavior problems and improve family functioning
• Engage clients in Therapy to empower youth to improve their relationships and improve overall functioning.
• Formulate, implement and monitor individual client and family assessments and treatment planning

Requirements

• Experience providing behavioral health services
• Spanish Bilingual
• Master’s degree in BBS qualifying field required.
• CA BSS registered or licensed as an AMFT, ASW, APCC, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW required.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin or Vietnamese a plus.
