Job Description:

Blue Fig USA, an authorized independent retailer of Cricket Wireless, is seeking a dedicated Wireless Team Lead to join our team. With over 90 locations throughout Florida, we are committed to delivering a premium customer experience. Our team of trained wireless experts is focused on providing valuable solutions to meet the wireless needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Provide training and support to team members on wireless products, services, and customer engagement techniques.

- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills and productivity.

- Assist customers in selecting the right wireless plans and devices to meet their needs.

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer experience.

- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the wireless industry.

-Fluent in Spanish and English REQUIRED 

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

- Solid technical knowledge of wireless products and services.

- A passion for technology and helping customers find the right solutions.

Requirements

EDUCATION and/ or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet/ exceed sales quotas.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits eligible after 60 days
