Under general supervision, the Bilingual Youth Care Worker provides direct care, supervision, and support to unaccompanied children (UC) in Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) funded residential or foster care programs. This position ensures the safety, well-being, and development of youth while promoting a structured, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive environment. Bilingual Spanish is required.
Youth Care Workers are responsible for daily routines, recreational and educational support, behavioral guidance, and collaboration with clinical and case management teams to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of children in care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Hiring Rate of Pay: $19 - $20 an hour.

Additional Qualifications
This position is funded through a federal cooperative agreement with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR). Continued employment is contingent upon continued grant funding, ORR approval (when applicable), and continued compliance with all ORR, licensing, and A Greater Hope personnel requirements.
