About the Role
As a Child & Adolescent Clinician, you will work within a Full-Service Partnership (FSP) program, delivering short-term, intensive therapy and wraparound services to children and youth (ages 6–21) and their families. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about serving diverse, underserved populations and making a tangible difference in their local community.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based models (CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Narrative, Structural, etc.)
Lead the creation and implementation of individualized service plans (ISPs) based on client strengths and needs
Coordinate with schools, probation, child welfare, and other partners to ensure integrated care
Provide case management and crisis intervention as needed
Support and empower families through advocacy, skill-building, and connection to resources
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Active registration with the California BBS as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC (Supervision provided!)
Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required
1–2 years of experience working with youth in school, outpatient, or community settings
