We’re currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Biller and Credentialing Specialist to join our in-house team and support our mission by managing accurate billing and credentialing processes.
Position Summary:
The Biller and Credentialing Specialist will handle all aspects of insurance billing and provider credentialing for Infinity Care Plus. This includes submitting claims, resolving denials, maintaining provider credentials, and ensuring compliance with payer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Submit clean and accurate claims to Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance companies
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims and resolve billing discrepancies
- Monitor accounts receivable and prepare billing reports
- Coordinate and complete the credentialing and recredentialing process for all providers
- Maintain current and complete records of credentials, contracts, and payer enrollments
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility for services as needed
- Communicate with providers, staff, and insurance companies effectively
- Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA and regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical billing and credentialing (behavioral health experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance billing
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and billing software
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly rate: $22–$30/hour, based on experience
