Billing Administrator & Executive Assistant to the CEO


Prosperity Partners (“Prosperity”) is a Chicago headquartered accounting firm delivering best in class tax, accounting, M&A, valuation and personal finance services to dynamic businesses, high net worth individuals, and family offices. With offices across the United States and a rapidly growing platform, Prosperity is seeking a highly organized candidate to support the company’s Billing Department and Prosperity’s CEO. The ideal candidate brings exceptional judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to balance executive priorities in a fast paced professional services environment.


As Billing Administrator, the candidate will oversee the preparation, review, and distribution of invoices. This role requires close collaboration with Billing Managers, Partners, and Executive Leadership. The candidate will be responsible for billing accuracy and timely delivery and identify process inefficiencies and improvements.


As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, the candidate will provide administration support to Prosperity’s CEO, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, booking travel, and responding to email. Additional responsibilities include scheduling conference calls and meetings, preparing executive level reports and presentations, recording expense reimbursements, and supporting leadership initiatives.


Strong performance may lead to expanded responsibilities and professional development opportunities. Candidates who demonstrate initiative, integrity, and a strong work ethic will be well-positioned for annual advancement. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership at a high growth professional services firm. Due to the collaborative nature of our work, employees are expected to be in the office three days per week.


We are accepting resumes consistent with the following background and ability:



  • A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university;

  • Prior experience in an administrative, executive support, billing, or accounting‑related role;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and financial or billing systems;

  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information;

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail;

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively;

  • Polished, professional written and verbal communication skills;

  • Comfort learning and navigating new software applications;

  • Positive, proactive, and service oriented approach;

  • Confidence interacting with senior executives;

  • Ability to work a minimum of three days per week in the Chicago office.
