Billing Analyst position

Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex billing invoices client specifications in contracts

• Analyze contracts to ensure invoices are being formatted according to their liking and sent according to when they would like to receive them

• Prepare % complete invoices as projects progress 

• Prepare daily reconciliations of client invoices

• Manage vendor invoice discrepancies

• Run aging reports and discuss collection efforts with AR team

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not mandatory

Experience Requirements: 

• 6+ months of experience in a complex billing environment is desired

 

Schedule:

• Hybrid, 3-4 days in office with 1-2 days remote

 

Employment Type:

• Ongoing temporary, with strong temp-to-perm potential

Pay Details: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour
