Our approach to hearing care is patient-centered and evidence based. We educate every patient who comes to visit us on the importance of treating hearing loss as well as providing information on the associated comorbidities.. We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Billing Specialist to join our team and help manage the billing and reimbursement processes for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process insurance claims for hearing aid services and products.



• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.



• Bill, follow up, and track claims.



• Medicare, EOBs, HCFA knowledge.



• Ensure accurate coding for all billing procedures.



• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve any discrepancies or issues.



• Maintain organized records of billing transactions and follow up on outstanding claims.



• Assist patients with billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service.



• Collaborate with clinical and sales staff to ensure seamless billing operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in medical billing or healthcare administration is required.



• Previous experience in insurance billing, preferably in the healthcare or audiology field.



• Knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) and billing processes.



• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.



• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
