As a Billing & Payroll Specialist at Boost Home Healthcare, you will provide data entry functions and assist with the Agency invoicing process, and prepare claims for submission as directed by the Administrator/designee.

What we are looking for:

High school graduate

Minimum of one (1) year general Home Healthcare office experience with data entry

Minimum one (1) year Home care authorization experience

Billing and Payroll experience in a Healthcare setting

Computer literate for functions of data entry and basic word processing.

Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medical background desirable.

Accurate and detail-oriented approach to projects

What you will be doing:

Enter new Intakes into EMR System ensuring accuracy

Obtain insurance authorization through insurance portals before services are provided

Sending out faxes for physician signature and uploading when received

Assist in client invoicing when needed

Maintain confidentiality of all client and employee information

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm

Salary Range/Job status:

$19.00-$23/hr

Full time

Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
