Billing & Traffic Coordinator

Location – Denver, CO - Hybrid Role

Job Type - Permanent, Full-Time

Salary - This position has an annual salary range of $52,000 - $55,000.

The Marketing Department seeks a Billing & Traffic Coordinator to input invoices for submission to accounting department and to provide traffic to media vendors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Input and process monthly media invoices for submission to the accounting department.  In addition to these monthly invoices there will be bi-monthly department invoices to be entered into billing system and submitted.  After demonstrating success in duties, position will also include sending instructions and :15 second and :30 second commercials to TV stations, cable systems and streaming vendors across the country on continued basis. Position will also include various administrative duties and reports as needed.

Requirements

• AA, BA or previous office experience preferred.


• Excellent Ten Key Data Entry skills that are accurate and efficient.


• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). 


• Access data entry experience a plus.


• Detail oriented with good communication skills.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.


• A good attitude and willingness to learn.


• Highly organized.
