TriCare Medical Transportation is South Jersey’s premier medical transportation company. We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Billing Associate, you will be a key part of our Billing team. 

· Verify insurance benefits

· Communicate with insurance companies regarding denials and appeals

· Ensure trips are billed within a timely filing limit

· Payment tracking and follow up

· Manage revenue cycles

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Availability to multitask with a keen attention to detail

• Proficient computer skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Experience dealing with major insurance companies and patient scheduling is preferred

• Ability to work in high pressure situations

• Clean background check

• Negative drug screening  

• Ability to work full time in an in person setting
