Job Description:
Education & Experience: Typically requires minimum 2 years of accounting or complex financial
experience. Associates Degree, or the equivalent combination of education/experience.
Knowledge & Skills: Intermediate systems knowledge including Group Access, GroupFacts, AdminEase,
Lawson, Clarity, OMAR. Intermediate Excel and Word. 2-3 years of customer service experience needed.
Job Complexity & Judgment: Works on problems of diverse scope. Requires analysis and evaluation of
multiple factors to resolve moderately complex issues. Ability to organize large volumes of data and to
prioritize competing requests and deadlines.
Independence & Supv required: Typically plans and schedules own work, requiring limited direction on
routine work. May require detailed instructions on new assignments. Work is often shared with team.
Interaction & Influence: Contacts are division wide and external to provide or obtain information. May
consult with management. Networks with internal peers. Able to influence decisions. Effective team player.
Work on special projects as directed by management.
