As a Billing Administrator, you will support our cause by:

• Medicaid and other billing sources for client services 
• Prepare monthly spreadsheets in Excel for Medicaid billing reconciliation 
• Provide therapist and program Directors with new referrals and eligibility on a daily basis 
• Confirm Medicaid clients continued eligibility a minimum of twice monthly
• Submit monthly billings and track payments for all Medicaid qualified clients using the processes established by the RAE’s 
• Work with clinical staff to support clients in understanding their coverage and navigating issues
• Ensure that staff are registered with the appropriate agencies and update each RAE quarterly on staffing changes
• Receptionist duties as needed Other duties as assigned
• Assist the Controller and Accounting Assistant with accounting/administrative help as needed 
• Other duties as assigned   

Salary:

$21-$23 per hour, full time

High School Degree or equivalent;

Word and Excel knowledge;
