Position Summary

Pennyrile Ford is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk responsible for accurately processing vehicle sales transactions and ensuring all documentation is complete, compliant, and submitted in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  Process and post new and used vehicle deals

  
  


• 
  

  Review deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness

  
  


• 
  

  Submit billing to financial institutions

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain organized records and deal files

  
  


• 
  

  Reconcile billing schedules and resolve discrepancies

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with sales and finance to correct errors

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with title documentation as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with dealership and legal requirements

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Dealership billing or automotive office experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and organization

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  
  


• 
  

  Basic accounting knowledge is a plus

  Proficiency in Microsoft Office; dealership software experience preferred
