We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Billing Clerk based in Weston, Florida. The selected candidate will have a crucial role in managing customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. They will also be tasked with monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Ensure high-volume invoicing tasks are performed accurately

• Download invoices, modify them to customer needs/specifications, and review each line to ensure correctness

• Operate accounting software systems, such as Quickbooks Online, to manage billing functions

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for functions such as v-lookup and pivot tables

• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions related to billing and credit inquiries

• Adhere to all accounting functions and collection processes as per company standards

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with IBM AS/400
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
• Understanding of basic Accounting Functions
• Knowledge of Billing Functions
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Familiarity with Collection Processes
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
• Experience in Billing
• Ability to handle High-Volume Invoicing
• Knowledge of Marketing/PR industry practices
• Previous experience as a Billing Clerk is preferable
