St. Leonard has an exciting new opportunity for a Full-time
Billing Coordinator .
Our beautiful 240-acre campus is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States. St. Leonard features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, and restaurant.
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for producing timely and accurate billings for agencies, insurance companies, and individuals.
Essential Job Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
Completes billing for government agencies, insurance companies, and private pay
Answers billing inquiries for residents and families.
Compiles daily census.
Follows up on unpaid bills.
Administers Resident Trust.
Sends application to Social Security, VA, etc. for responsible party as needed.

Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; Minimum two years long-term care billing experience.
