Billing Coordinator -Reliever

·         Ensure all orders (local and
export) and transfers are accurately and effectively processed.

·         Ensure that the dashboard is timely
and accurately updated.

·         Create delivery numbers in SAP and
indicate the same on the dashboard.

·         Indicate allocated truck
registration numbers to orders on the dashboard.

·         Print, sign, and stamp dispatch
documents (five copies) and billing documents (one copy) for each order.

·         Coordinate with CRCs to ensure that
all orders are delivered OTIFNE.

·         Compile and send hourly sales
updates and dashboards.

·         Compile and submit comprehensive
Hand Over Take Over (HOTO) reports at the close of business.

·         Diploma/Degree in Business
Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

·         Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP
systems.

·         Strong attention to detail and
accuracy in data entry.

·         Excellent organizational and time
management skills.

·         Good communication and
collaboration skills.

·         Ability to work effectively under
pressure and meet strict deadlines.

·         Diploma/Degree in Business
Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
