Job Description - Billing Representative - Hiring Urgently

Basic Qualifications: Education requirements are listed below:
High school or GED

Work Experience requirements are listed below:
At least six months experience in utilizing administrative office procedures, practices, and equipment.

Job Summary: Major responsibilities: under close supervision perform basic, routine administrative duties following well-defined, standard procedures; assist with document processing; assist in compiling special reports and request information from other areas; assist in filing and retrieval of information in electronic formats; communicate via email (Microsoft Outlook) as necessary; use a keyboard (computer) to enter data, perform calculations and/or retrieve information; use a 10-key calculator; operate a wide variety of electronic and mechanical office equipment; complete daily billing workflows, usage history requests, and reports; and perform repetitious tasks with accuracy.

2. Communicates effectively with coworkers and other employees and/or customers outside the work area.
3. Answers customer inquiries clearly and with a friendly, helpful tone.

1. Answers customers' questions but knows when appropriate to refer questions or issues to others.
2. Actively learn the function of the department and each employee's responsibility to assist customers more effectively.
3. Exhibits concern and sensitivity to others.

Problem-solving and initiative:
1. Applies basic education and training in job responsibilities and assignments.
2. Ask questions when unsure of how to handle an assignment.
3. Demonstrates ability and initiative to handle assignments beyond the basic, routine level.
