Mains’l Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Billing Software Specialist. This role will involve collaborating with our Software team and reporting to the Lead Software Engineer to enhance and streamline our billing processes.

Core Responsibilities:

Create and submit billing files using custom software applications
Process electronic remittances
Generate and process Medicaid eligibility reports
Conduct monthly Accounts Receivable procedures
Evaluate billing spreadsheets and other data for accuracy and completeness
Handle quarterly tax filing and payments
Participate in the design of new features and processes
Maintain and improve historical documentation of all billing, payment, and eligibility transactions

Skills/Experience:

1-2 years of experience with financial software
Associate’s degree required
Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Access
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and numerical abilities
Keen attention to detail and proven ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
Self-motivated, creative problem-solver adaptable to evolving customer requirements
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely
