We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Billing Specialist to help manage invoicing, collections, and payment processing across our roofing projects. You’ll play a key role in keeping our cash flow strong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and send accurate invoices in QuickBooks and company CRM
• Follow up on pending balances and handle collections professionally
• Assist with financing paperwork and customer payment plans
• Help process insurance supplements and track approvals
• Communicate with customers, sales reps, and internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Keep records organized and up to date

• Experience in billing, collections, or accounting (QuickBooks experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Professional and clear communication skills
