Billing Specialist | Greenville

The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking an entry-level Billing Specialist to join our corporate office team in Greenville. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!

Pay range: $15-$17 hour, based on experience and education.

Responsibilities:

• Post and process billing, payments and returned customer payments.
• Monitor, process, and update accounts receivable.
• Analyze and reconcile remittance statements and ledgers.
• Analyze customer account statuses, transactions, and balances to ensure accuracy.
• Act as a liaison for third-party agencies to create, process, and reconcile subsidy payments.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize work effectively.
• Hands-on experience working with general ledgers preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
