| Our client is currently seeking a full time Billing Specialist. This position is responsible for managing and processing client bills with the attorneys and their staff utilizing the Firmâs billing platforms and facilitating electronic billing submissions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Coordinate with attorneys, staff and clients to generate, distribute, edit, and finalize legal bills through various billing formats, including a paperless prebill software system. Facilitate resolution of e-billing issues. Prepare reports and materials necessary to track billings. Maintain master client files in the Elite Legal Billing system. Perform additional billing duties as assigned by the Billing Manager or Regional Office Manager. Legal billing experience in a high-volume/large law firm | |
